My First Portrait With The M8

Light was mixed tungsten and ambient sunlight.  My boss was kind enough to glare at me while I shot this. Hand held at 1/16 of a second, ISO 320. F4
Post in Photoshop CS3. On the M8 I am only shooting in DNG.  Lens is the Elmarit 28mm f2.8.
